C Glue is used for bonding and assembling sign components where a neat, controlled adhesive joint is required. It is suited to close-fitting parts rather than filling wide gaps.
Both surfaces should be clean, dry, and free from oil, dust, old adhesive, and loose particles. Close-fitting, properly aligned surfaces produce a stronger and cleaner bond.
Apply a small, even amount to one bonding surface. Excess adhesive does not improve the joint and can increase squeeze-out, staining, and curing time.
Hold the parts in their final position until the joint reaches handling strength. Magnets, tape, clamps, or a positioning jig can prevent movement and keep the edges aligned.
It is better used on close-fitting surfaces. If a joint contains a large or irregular gap, use a gap-filling adhesive or sealant designed to maintain strength at the required joint thickness.
Keep the container tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat, flames, and moisture. Clean the nozzle after use and store the product upright to reduce blockage and leakage.
