It can bond acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, trim cap, aluminum, wood, glass, and ceramics. The clear, non-yellowing finish makes it suitable for sign assembly and other appearance-sensitive joints.
No. Apply a small amount of Glue A to one surface, join and align the parts, then spray Accelerator B onto the bonding area. The accelerator speeds the initial setting of the adhesive.
Clean and dry both surfaces and remove oil, grease, dust, moisture, and loose material. Smooth, close-fitting surfaces and accurate positioning improve bond consistency.
The cured bond provides resistance to water, chemicals, and heat, making it useful for demanding sign-fabrication applications. The bonded materials, joint design, surface preparation, and full cure all affect outdoor performance.
Use only a small amount of Glue A, keep it away from visible edges, and position the parts before applying Accelerator B. Avoid wiping uncured adhesive across acrylic because it can spread residue and affect the finish.
The 500ml package is better suited to workshops with regular or higher-volume assembly work. It reduces the frequency of replacement compared with a smaller package while using the same separate glue-and-accelerator workflow.
