The ABM 1300 can heat and bend acrylic, PMMA, polycarbonate, ABS, PP, and other thermoplastic sheets. It is intended for straight-line heating and forming rather than cutting or full-sheet vacuum forming.
It supports plastic sheets 1-10 mm thick and a bending width of up to 1,300 mm. The adjustable heating slot is up to 20 mm wide, allowing the heated area to match different materials and thicknesses.
The infrared heating system provides adjustable heat from 0 to 600 C, while the digital thermometer allows real-time temperature monitoring. Operators can match heat level and exposure time to the plastic type and thickness.
Yes. Its angle and length positioning components support consistent setup for repeated parts. The positioning system is designed for angles up to 160 degrees and working lengths from 40 to 330 mm.
The circulating-water system cools the heated zone after bending, helping the plastic set faster and hold its shape. A 35 W water pump and water tube are included in the standard configuration.
The ABM 1300 uses single-phase AC 100-240 V power and has a rated machine power of 2,000 W. A stable electrical supply and the supplied water-cooling system are required during operation.
